Refund and Returns Policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product condition.
  2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.
  3. If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
  4. Failing to comply when delivering your goods (Order process charge will be applicable).

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Atapirikara.lk packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Returns Reasons

  1. Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
  2. Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  3. Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method as Bank Deposit, Credit or Debit Card payment reversal or as an Atapirikara.lk voucher which can be utilized on your next purchase at Pilima.lk.

Once we have received your product (within 7 working days from the return request) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days) the refund process will commence, the expected refund processing times will be 5 – 7 working Days.

Refund Conditions & Requirements

For Refund Voucher: Vouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on Atapirikara.lk and can be redeemed against the same email ID.

For Debit Card or Credit Card: All refunds are processed within 2 working days by Atapirikara.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which Atapirikara.lk cannot be held liable.

Pilima.lk customer care will make sure to communicate when the refund is completed. If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed within 5 to 7 working days, please do contact your personal bank. Kindly bear in mind that refund times for International Debit and Credit Card holders may differ. In case of considerable refund delays, please contact your personal bank or Atapirikara.lk for further assistance.

For Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and hold some balance.
